Preparatory Period definition

Preparatory Period means the period beginning with signing of the agreement and ending on the commencement date.
Preparatory Period means the period of 1 (one) year from the Effective Date which shall comprise of the period for fulfilment of the Condition Precedent of the Parties, unless the same is extended by the Authority in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Preparatory Period means a period starting from Appointed Date, and ending on the Effective Date, and not exceeding 90 (ninety) days.

Examples of Preparatory Period in a sentence

  • Issue areas covered during this Preparatory Period shall include data requirements, file submissions, review of error codes, and other matters, as necessary.

  • All Parties will endeavor to resolve problems identified during Preparatory Period discussions within thirty (30) business days following the effective date of the Agreement.

  • Within five (5) business days of receipt of this notice from the SPAP, the CMS will contact the SPAP to agree on a mutually acceptable time frame in which to complete the Preparatory Period.

  • If the ADAP Data Sharing Partner is unable to meet the specified timeframe of the Preparatory Period, the ADAP Data Sharing Partner shall notify the CMS in writing of this delay.

  • The BCRC will work with each ADAP partner during the Preparatory Period to set up a reporting and data production schedule.

  • If the SPAP is unable to meet the time frame specified for the Preparatory Period, the SPAP shall notify the CMS in writing.

  • Within forty-five (45) days of the completion of the process described in Section A (the "Preparatory Period"), the Employer shall provide to CMS a file containing the data elements included in the record layout found at Attachment A, with respect to Active Covered Individuals ("MSP Input File").

Related to Preparatory Period

  • Discovery Period means the period of time specified in Extension 4.4, immediately following the termination of this policy during which written notice may be given to the insurer of any claim first made against the insured during such period of time for any wrongful act occurring prior to the end of the policy period and otherwise covered by this policy.

  • Delivery Period means that period agreed in writing between the Parties in relation to Delivery of the Product or parts thereof by the Contractor, any delay in which shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and entitle JOBURG MARKET to exercise its remedies in terms of this Agreement or at law.

  • Recovery Period means the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Company is required to prepare the accounting restatement described in this Policy, all as determined pursuant to Rule 10D-1, and any transition period of less than nine months that is within or immediately following such three fiscal years.

  • Mitigation Study Period means the duration of time extending six consecutive Capability Periods and beginning with the Starting Capability Period associated with a Class Year Study, Additional SDU Study, and/or Expedited Deliverability Study. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Mitigated UCAP” shall mean one or more megawatts of Unforced Capacity that are subject to Control by a Market Party that has been identified by the ISO as a Pivotal Supplier.   • Notice Delivery Period means the period from and including the Trade Date to and including the fifth Business Day following the date that is fourteen (14) calendar days after the Extension Date.

  • Fugitive dust emissions means particulate matter from process operations that does not pass through a process stack or vent and that is generated within plant property boundaries from activities such as: unloading and loading areas, process areas, stockpiles, stock pile working, plant parking lots, and plant roads (including access roads and haul roads).

  • Commercially Sensitive Information means the Information (i) listed in the Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule; or (ii) notified to the Authority in writing (prior to the commencement of this Contract) which has been clearly marked as Commercially Sensitive Information comprised of information:

  • Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;
