Prepetition Administrative Agent definition

Prepetition Administrative Agent has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.

Prepetition Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

Prepetition Administrative Agent means Citibank, N.A. and/or its duly appointed successor, as administrative agent under the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

• The Prepetition Administrative Agent and the Term Loan Lenders shall not be required to file proofs of Claim on account of any Term Loan Claims.

• Every week beginning on the third business day of the first week following entry of this Interim Order, the Debtors shall provide to the Prepetition Administrative Agent a report setting forth in reasonable detail actual cash receipts and disbursements for the prior week.

Prepetition Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

Prepetition Administrative Agent means Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch (formerly Credit Suisse AG), solely in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Prepetition Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns.

Prepetition Administrative Agent means J.P. Morgan Chase, N.A. in its capacity as administrative agent and co-collateral agent under the Prepetition Loan Documents.
