Prepetition Administrative Agent definition

Prepetition Administrative Agent has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.

Prepetition Administrative Agent means Citibank, N.A. and/or its duly appointed successor, as administrative agent under the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

Prepetition Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Prepetition Credit Agreement.
