Prepetition Indenture definition

Prepetition Indenture means that certain Senior Secured Convertible Notes Indenture dated as of September 26, 2018 (as amended or supplemented from time to time), among SAE Holdings, the guarantors party thereto, and the Prepetition Trustee.
