Prepetition Senior Notes definition

Prepetition Senior Notes means, collectively, the Prepetition 5½% Senior Notes, Prepetition 8½% Senior Notes and Prepetition 9¾% Senior Notes.

Prepetition Senior Notes means, collectively, the Prepetition 51⁄2% Senior Notes, Prepetition 81⁄2% Senior Notes and Prepetition 93⁄4% Senior Notes.

Prepetition Senior Notes means the unsecured notes issued under the Prepetition Senior Indenture.

Prepetition Senior Notes means those senior secured notes due 2020 issued pursuant to the Senior Note Agreement in the aggregate principal amount of $220 million.
