Prepetition Term Loan Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent under the Prepetition Term Loan Agreement.

Prepetition Term Loan Administrative Agent means the Administrative Agent under (and as defined in) the Prepetition Term Loan Credit Agreement.

Prepetition Term Loan Administrative Agent means Energy Capital Partners Mezzanine Opportunities Fund A, LP, in its capacity as collateral agent and administrative agent under or in connection with the Term Loan Credit Agreement, and any successor thereto.
