Prequalification Committee definition

Prequalification Committee means the INDOT Committee that reviews contractor and consultant qualification in accordance with 105 IAC 11-2-1(f) of the Indiana Administrative Code and has the authority to issue contractor sanctions for contract non- compliance.
Prequalification Committee means the committee of the Department with authority to hear and make a recommendation to the Commissioner for decision on any appeal of a prequalification decision by the Director of Construction as provided in these rules, and whose members may include the following employees of the Department, as determined by the Commissioner:

More Definitions of Prequalification Committee

Prequalification Committee means a committee appointed by the Commissioner of Transportation to perform the duties indicated in this chapter. The Committee shall be comprised of five voting members, selected at the discretion of the Commissioner of Transportation. The Manager, Bureau of Construction Services, Procurement Division, shall serve as a non-voting member and Secretary to the Committee, and may be granted authority by the Prequalification Committee to sign prequalification applications on behalf of the Committee in those circumstances deemed appropriate by the Committee.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;
