Prequalification Committee definition

Prequalification Committee means the INDOT Committee that reviews contractor and consultant qualification in accordance with 105 IAC 11-2-1(f) of the Indiana Administrative Code and has the authority to issue contractor sanctions for contract non- compliance.

Prequalification Committee means a committee appointed by the Commissioner of Transportation to perform the duties indicated in this chapter. The Committee shall be comprised of five voting members, selected at the discretion of the Commissioner of Transportation.
