Prescribed Medicines definition

Prescribed Medicines means medicines that are dispensed by a Physician, a registered pharmacist or a Hospital and which have been prescribed by a Physician or Specialist in respect of treatment for a covered Disability.
Prescribed Medicines means any medicine or drug for which a Medical Practitioner’s prescription has been issued and has been dispensed in a Medical Practitioner’s surgery or by a licensed pharmacist in respect of treatment covered under this Policy.
Prescribed Medicines means any medicine or drug for which a Medical Practitioner’s prescription has been issued and has been dispensed in a Medical Practitioner’s clinic or by a licensed pharmacist in respect of treatment covered under this Policy.

Examples of Prescribed Medicines in a sentence

  • The reimbursement of actual expenses incurred for Medically Necessary consultation, Prescribed Medicines, Injection, Diagnostic Services and Outpatient Surgical Procedure performed by an attending Specialist overseas (outside Malaysia) on an Outpatient basis, subject to the maximum limit specified in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • The reimbursement of actual expenses incurred for Medically Necessary consultation, Prescribed Medicines, Injection, Diagnostic Services and Outpatient Surgical Procedure performed by an attending General Practitioner at a non-Panel Clinic in the event of Emergency on an Outpatient basis.

More Definitions of Prescribed Medicines

Prescribed Medicines means medicine, drugs, and treatment applications that are prescribed by a Doctor or Specialist and include bandages, surgical dressings and the like.
Prescribed Medicines or “Drugs” shall mean any medicine or drug for which a Physician’s prescription has been issued and has been dispensed in a Physician’s clinic or by a licensed pharmacist in respect of treatment covered under this Policy.
