Prescriptive Measure Table The Program provides prescriptive rebates for reserved, eligible projects that have completed a comprehensive Home Performance Assessment.

Prescriptive requirements apply if in a permitted space (The Basis for the Alteration Area is discussed in Section 5.12.3, Prescriptive Measure – Alterations below) more than 50% of the fixtures are replaced, or if the connected lighting load is increased.
