CRD Implementing Measures definition

CRD Implementing Measures means any regulatory capital rules or regulations or other requirements, which are applicable to the Issuer and which prescribe (alone or in conjunction with any other rules, regulations or other requirements) the requirements to be fulfilled by financial instruments for their inclusion in the regulatory capital of the Issuer (on a non-consolidated or consolidated basis) to the extent required by the CRD Directive or the CRR, including for the avoidance of doubt and without limitation any regulatory technical standards released from time to time by the European Banking Authority (or any successor or replacement thereof);
CRD Implementing Measures means any regulatory capital rules or regulations, or other requirements, which are applicable to the Bank and/or the Group, as the case may be, and which prescribe (alone or in conjunction with any other rules or regulations) the requirements to be fulfilled by financial instruments for their inclusion in the regulatory capital of the Bank and/or the Group, as the case may be, (on a non-consolidated or consolidated basis) to the extent required by the CRD Directive or the CRR, including for the avoidance of doubt any regulatory technical standards released by the European Banking Authority (or any successor or replacement thereof);
CRD Implementing Measures means any rules implementing the CRD Directive or the CRR which may from time to time be introduced, including, but not limited to, delegated or implementing acts (regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission, national laws and regulations, and regulations and guidelines issued by the Competent Authority, the European Banking Authority or any other relevant authority, which are applicable to the Issuer (on a stand alone basis) or the Group (on a consolidated basis) and which prescribe the requirements to be fulfilled by financial instruments for inclusion in the regulatory capital or the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities, as the case may be, of the Issuer (on a stand alone basis) or the Group (on a consolidated basis);

CRD Implementing Measures means any regulatory capital rules implementing or developing the CRD Directive or the CRR which may from time to time be introduced, including, but not limited to, delegated or implementing acts (regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission, national laws and regulations, and regulations and guidelines issued by the Regulator (as defined below), the European Banking Authority or any other relevant authority, which are applicable to the Company (on a standalone basis) or the Group (on a consolidated basis), including, without limitation, Law 10/2014 and any other regulation, circular or guidelines implementing or developing Law 10/2014.
CRD Implementing Measures means any regulatory capital rules or regulations, or other requirements, which are applicable to the Borrower and which prescribe (alone or in conjunction with any other rules or regulations) the requirements to be fulfilled by financial instruments for their inclusion in the regulatory capital of the Borrower to the extent required by CRD or CRR, including for the avoidance of doubt any regulatory technical standards released by the European Banking Authority (or any successor or replacement thereof);
CRD Implementing Measures means any rules implementing the CRD Directive or the CRR Regulation which may from time to time be introduced, including, but not limited to, delegated or implementing acts (regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission, national laws and regulations, and regulations and guidelines issued by the Competent Authority or any other relevant authority, which are applicable to the Issuer (on a stand-alone basis) or the Group (on a consolidated basis) and which prescribe the requirements to be fulfilled by financial instruments for inclusion in the regulatory capital or the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities, as the case may be, of the Issuer (on a stand-alone basis) or the Group (on a consolidated basis);
CRD Implementing Measures means any regulatory capital rules implementing or developing the CRD Directive or the CRR which may from time to time be introduced, including, but not limited to, delegated or implementing acts (regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission, national laws and regulations, and regulations and guidelines issued by the Regulator (as defined below), the European Banking Authority or any other relevant authority, which are applicable to the Company (on a standalone basis) or the Group (on a consolidated basis), including, without limitation, Law 10/2014 of June 26, on regulation, oversight and solvency of credit institutions (Ley 00/0000, xx 00 xx xxxxx, xx ordenación, supervisión y solvencia de entidades de crédito), as amended, replaced or supplemented from time to time, and any other regulation, circular or guidelines implementing or developing Law 10/2014, as amended, replaced or supplemented from time to time.
CRD Implementing Measures means any regulatory capital rules, regulations or other requirements implementing (or promulgated in the context of) the CRD IV Directive, the CRD V Directive, the CRR or the CRR II which may from time to time be introduced, including, but not limited to, delegated or implementing acts or regulations (including technical standards) adopted by the European Commission, national laws and regulations, adopted by the Swedish FSA and guidelines issued by the Swedish FSA, the European Banking Authority or any other relevant authority, which are applicable to the Issuer, the Issuer Consolidated Situation or the Group, as applicable.
CRD Implementing Measures means any regulatory capital rules implementing the CRD or CRR which may from time to time be introduced, including, but not limited to, delegated or implementing acts (regulatory technical standards or implementing technical standards) adopted by the European Commission, national laws and regulations, and regulations and guidelines issued by the Competent Authority, European Banking Authority or any other relevant authority, which are applicable to the Issuer (on a solo-consolidated or consolidated basis).
CRD Implementing Measures means any regulatory rules implementing or developing the CRD Directive or the CRR which may from time to time be introduced, including, but not limited to, delegated or implementing acts (regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission, national laws and regulations, and regulations and guidelines issued by the Regulator, the European Banking Authority or any other relevant authority, which are applicable to the Company (on a standalone basis) or the Group (on a consolidated basis), including, without limitation, Law 10/2014 and any other regulation, circular or guidelines implementing or developing Law 10/2014, as amended, replaced or supplemented from time to time.”
