President of the Court definition

President of the Court means the President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria.
President of the Court means a president of the Court appointed under section 34A(1) of the Act, and includes an ad-hoc president of the Court appointed under section 34A(4) of the Act;

  • In the event that the President of the Court is a national of one of the Contracting Parties or it is, for any reason, impossible for him to make the appointment, the application shall be made to the Vice President of the Court.
