Preventive Maintenance Plan definition

Preventive Maintenance Plan means the plan prepared by the Contractor and agreed upon by the Authority for the preventive maintenance of each Bus delivered pursuant to this Contract.

  • If Project Co is entitled to proceed with such changes pursuant to Schedule 10 - Review Procedure, then the Preventive Maintenance Plan as so amended shall become the Preventive Maintenance Plan in respect of that calendar quarter.
