Previous Notes definition

Previous Notes means, together, the Series 1 Notes and the Series 2 Notes.
Previous Notes means the Series 2003-1 Notes and the Series 2003-2 Notes.
Previous Notes is defined in the recitals. “Previous Senior Notes” is defined in the recitals.
