Price Adder definition

Price Adder means, with respect to a Designated System that is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, a pricing component added to the Contract Price pursuant to Section 2.6(a) if Seller has achieved the applicable Community Solar Subscription Mix based on terms established under the ABP. For avoidance of doubt, Price Adders are applicable only to a Designated System that is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project and there are no Price Adders applicable to a Designated System that is a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device.
Price Adder means an Aboriginal Price Adder (15%-50%), an Aboriginal Price Adder (Over 50%), a Community Price Adder (15%-50%), a Community Price Adder (Over 50%), a Municipal Price Adder (15%-50%), a Municipal Price Adder (Over 50%), a Public Sector Entity Price Adder (15%-50%), or a Public Sector Entity Price Adder (Over 50%).
Price Adder means with respect to a Designated System that is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, (i) a pricing component added to the Non-Anchor Tenant Contract Price if Seller has achieved the applicable Small Subscriber participation level orCommunity Solar Subscription Mix based on terms established under the SFA; or (ii) a pricing component added to the Contract Price consistent with Section 1.27 and Section 2.6(g) if the Designated System is a 100% Low-Income Subscriber Owned Project under the Applicable Program.3 For avoidance of doubt, there are no Price Adders applicable to a Designated System that is a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device.

  • If a Capacity Resource is located in more than one Locational Deliverability Area, it shall be paid the highest Locational Price Adder in any applicable LDA in which the Sell Offer for such Capacity Resource cleared.

  • If a Designated System meets a Community Solar Subscription Mix requirement for a lower Price Adder than what was obtained following the last Community Solar Quarterly Report, the Designated System will be deemed to have obtained that lower Price Adder for the Delivery Year for the purposes of calculating the draw above.
