The SFA definition

The SFA s Food Service Location(s)” means the schools or other locations where Program meals are served to The SFA’s schoolchildren.
The SFA s Food Service Budget” means the Food Service Budget for the Current School Year, which is attached to this Contract as “Exhibit C” and fully incorporated herein.
The SFA s Food Service Facilities” means areas, improvements, personal property, and facilities made available by The SFA to Vendor for the provision of the food services as described herein.

  • Indirect Costs - The SFA follows fair and consistent methodologies to identify and allocate allowable indirect costs to the school food service account.

  • The SFA shall pay VENDOR net 30 days from date of delivery unless other terms of payment are agreed upon.

  • The SFA may terminate this Contract at the end of the period for which funds are available if funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of this Contract.
