Price Review definition

Price Review means a process for the review of an existing or proposed price for services;
Price Review shall have the meaning given to it in Article 15.14.1;
Price Review has the meaning set forth in Section 8.6(a).

Price Review means a review of the Price payable under the contract to reflect, inter alia, material increases or decreases in the cost of raw materials and increases in the Consumer Prices Index. “Price Review Date” means the date or dates specified for Price Review in the Contract Particulars or if none is specified the anniversary of the Commencement Date.
