Price Review definition

Price Review means a process for the review of an existing or proposed price for services;
Price Review shall have the meaning given to it in Article 15.14.1;
Price Review means a review of the Price payable under the contract to reflect, inter alia, material increases or decreases in the cost of raw materials and increases in the Consumer Prices Index. “Price Review Date” means the date or dates specified for Price Review in the Contract

Examples of Price Review in a sentence

  • If the Customer does not respond to the Price Review Notification prior to the end of the then current Fixed Price Period or if Good Energy remains the Registered Supplier for Connection Point at the end of the relevant Fixed Price Period then the Deemed Charges shall apply.

  • The Contractor shall, in the 3 (three) month period prior to the anniversary of the Contract, submit details of the Price Review request and supporting evidence for consideration by the Authority.

  • In addition, at each Business and Price Review Meeting set out in Section 2.3, Supplier shall provide a full and detailed report of all such Supplier Basic IP, Improvements and New Technology.

  • The effect of any arrears of Rent owing by a Third Party Tenant shall be borne by the parties entitled to receive the various components of Rent as set forth in Sections 6.2(a) through (e), inclusive, from such a Third Party Tenant on a proportional share basis.

  • Peer review means evaluation of professional services rendered by a professional practitioner.

  • Benchmark Review means a review of the Services carried out in accordance with paragraphs 2.1 to 2.3 of Schedule 7 (Value for Money) of this Framework Agreement to determine whether those Services represent Good Value;

  • Due Diligence Review means the performance by Buyer of any or all of the reviews permitted under Section 44 hereof with respect to any or all of the Loans or Seller or related parties, as desired by Buyer from time to time.
