Pricing Adjustment Date definition

Pricing Adjustment Date means that date by which both the Compliance Date and the date on which the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the RLC is reduced to a balance below $20,000,000 by Borrower shall have occurred. 2 "RLC Commitment" means Twenty-Three Million and No/100 Dollars ($23,000,000.00).
Pricing Adjustment Date means the first day of each Financial Quarter.

Pricing Adjustment Date has the meaning specified in Section 1.5(c).
