Pricing Document definition

Pricing Document means the document or documents prepared or completed by the Contractor and submitted by the Contractor as part of his tender in support of the Contract Sum (incorporating any amendments agreed by the parties prior to award of the Contract), a copy of which is annexed to the Agreement;
Pricing Document means the Pricing Document as set out in Annex 2 of these Conditions which forms part of the Contract;
Pricing Document means the document or documents (issued by the Tangshan Municipal Price Bureau) determining the price for electric energy delivered, retail price and principals for adjustment.
