Pricing Leverage Ratio definition

Pricing Leverage Ratio means, as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter, the ratio of (a) the average daily outstanding principal amount of Funded Debt for the Fiscal Quarter ended on that date to (b) EBITDA for the twelve month fiscal period ended on that date.

Pricing Leverage Ratio means, as measured quarterly on the last day of each fiscal quarter, the ratio of (a) an amount equal to (i) all Funded Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis as of such day less (ii) the amount, if any, by which (A) the sum of the Company's and its Subsidiaries' cash balances and cash equivalents on a consolidated basis as of such date exceeds (B) $75,000,000 to (b) EBITDA for the period of four fiscal quarters ending on such day.
