Primary contact recreation definition

Primary contact recreation means any water-based form of recreation, the practice of which has a high probability for total body immersion or ingestion of water (examples include but are not limited to swimming, water skiing, canoeing and kayaking).
Primary contact recreation means recreational activities where the ingestion of small quantities of water is likely to occur. Such activities include but are not limited to swimming, rafting, kayaking, tubing, windsurfing, water-skiing, and frequent water play by children.
Primary contact recreation means water-related recreational activities that involve significant ingestion risks and includes, but is not limited to, wading, swimming, and diving.
