Primary Country definition

Primary Country means each of the following countries: […***…] and […***…], as applicable.
Primary Country means any of the United States, Canada, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

  • Restricted Territories means: (i) Cuba, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the territory of Crimea / Sevastopol; and (ii) any other country or territory that is subject to sanctions by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the U.S, United Nations or elsewhere.

  • Sanctioned Territory means a country or territory that is the subject of comprehensive economic Sanctions including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea.

  • third-country national means any person who is not a citizen of the Union within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the Treaty;

  • Country means the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

  • Nontraditional mortgage product means any mortgage product other than a 30-year fixed rate mortgage.

  • Licensed financial institution means a financial institution issued a license under this act.
