Primary Document Trust Receipt definition

Primary Document Trust Receipt means a trust receipt issued by the Custodian pursuant to Section 3 hereof with respect to the promissory note and other primary Loan Documents for any Loan held by the Custodian for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, in substantially the form of Annex 2-A hereto.
