Primary Fuel definition

Primary Fuel means the fuel or combination of fuels that are provided for in the Permits applicable to the Generating Facility.

Primary Fuel or “primary fuel supply” means the main fuel type (expressed in mmBtu) con- sumed by an affected unit for the applicable calendar year.
