Primary Hospital definition

Primary Hospital means a hospital that has been approved by the Board as a hospital whose active staff physicians are eligible for a streamlined credentialing process as contemplated under this By-Law;
Primary Hospital means that Participating Hospital where Professional is a member in good standing of the medical staff holding active, unrestricted clinical privileges necessary for Professional to fulfill his or her obligations under this Agreement.
Primary Hospital is the hospital: which meets the definition of a Molina Participating Facility; which has agreed to provide hospital Health Care Services to Molina Members who select or are assigned to a Primary Care Physician who admits or arranges for admission primarily to that hospital; and where most hospital Health Care Services will be provided to those Molina Members.
