Trading Value means the value determined with reference to one of the methods set forth in (a) through (f) below which can reasonably be considered the most accurate indicator of institutional market value in the circumstances:
Trading Value means, with respect to the Company’s Common Stock, the daily trading volume on the Company’s primary Trading Market as reported by Bloomberg multiplied by the closing price of the Common Stock on such date.
Trading Value means, with respect to the Common Shares, as of any date of determination, the arithmetic average of the VWAP for the Common Shares for the ten (10) consecutive Trading Days ending on the date immediately preceding such date of determination.

Upon the terms and conditions set forth herein (including, without limitation, the provisions of Article VII), the Company shall have the right, but not the obligation, to direct the Investor, by its delivery to the Investor of a Put Notice from time to time, to purchase Put Shares (i) in a minimum amount not less than $5,000.00 and (ii) in a maximum amount up to the lesser of (a) $200,000.00 or (b) 200% of the Average Daily Trading Value.
More Definitions of Trading Value
Trading Value means the average closing sales price, rounded to four decimal points, of the Equity Securities of the Entity subject to the Initial Public Offering on the primary securities exchange upon which such Securities are traded for the period of the ten consecutive trading days ending on the second full trading day prior to the determination date.
Trading Value has the meaning given to it in Schedule 4 of the Guarantor LP Agreement;
Trading Value means (i) if the Common Interests are traded on a national securities exchange, the market price of the Common Interests on the applicable date (calculated based on the average closing price during the preceding 20 day trading period) or (ii) if the Common Interests are not traded on a national securities exchange, the per Common Interest Fair Market Value of the Issuer, as determined in good faith by the Issuer’s Board of Managers.
Trading Value means (i) if the Common Stock is traded on a national securities exchange, the market price of the Common Stock on the applicable date (calculated based on the average closing price during the preceding 20 day trading period) or (ii) if the Common Stock is not traded on a national securities exchange, the per Common Share Fair Market Value of the Issuer, as determined in good faith by the Issuer’s Board of Directors.
Trading Value means, with respect to any equity security on any given Trading Day, the volume weighted trading price (rounded to the nearest 1/10,000) of such security on Nasdaq, as reported by Bloomberg Financial Markets (or such other source as AT&T and Comcast shall agree in writing) for that Trading Day.
Trading Value price shall be determined by the weighted trading price per shares traded during the 90 calendar days prior to the exercise date.
Trading Value shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.3(d).
