Principal Office of the Tender Agent definition

Principal Office of the Tender Agent means the office of the Tender Agent located at the address set forth in the Indenture, or such other office or offices as the Tender Agent may designate from time to time, or the office of any successor Tender Agent where it principally conducts its business of serving as tender agent under indentures pursuant to which municipal or governmental obligations are issued.
