Principal Period definition

Principal Period means the period from and including a Principal Payment Date to and including the day before the next Principal Payment Date, except the first Principal Period for each Series of Bonds or Parity Indebtedness will be the twelve months immediately preceding the first Principal Payment Date unless some other period is specified in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the Series of Bonds or the Service Contract or other document authorizing the Parity Indebtedness.
Principal Period means, in respect of any date, the period between the last date (excluding) on which any amount was applied in accordance with the Principal Priority of Payments and such date (including).
Principal Period means the period from and including a Principal Payment Date to and including the day before the next Principal Payment Date, except the first Principal Period for each Series of Bonds will be the twelve months immediately preceding the first Principal Payment Date unless some other period is specified in the Related Series Supplement.

  • Preventive Maintenance (scheduled) Preventive maintenance can either be performed within or outside of the Principal Period of Maintenance (PPM).

  • A minimum monthly maintenance charge entitles the State to maintenance coverage during the Principal Period of Maintenance.

More Definitions of Principal Period

Principal Period means the period from the Effective Date to the CPC Pipeline Operational Date.
Principal Period means a consecutive ten (10)-hour period daily, Monday through Friday, excluding New Year's Day, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day that HWM will install or perform maintenance services. Unless otherwise specified in the Order, such ten (10) hour period will be from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. based on the local time in each SBC or Affiliated Company's city.

Related to Principal Period

  • Principal Payment Date means, if applicable, each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.

  • Class A Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Principal Payment Any payment of principal on a Mortgage Loan other than a Principal Prepayment.

  • Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Principal Payment Dates means unless otherwise determined by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award, December 1 in the years from and including 2020 to and including 2035, provided that in no case shall the latest Principal Payment Date be later than the maximum maturity of the Bonds referred to in the preambles hereto.

  • Group 2 Senior Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Group 2 Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group 2, (b) the Group 2 Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group 2 and (c) the Group 2 Senior Liquidation Amount.

  • Senior Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event has not occurred with respect to such Distribution Date, will be the amount, if any, by which (x) the Class Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 57.40% and (ii) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date and (B) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as of the Cut-off Date (including amounts in the Prefunding Account as of the Closing Date).

  • Class B Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.

  • Class A Principal Distributable Amount means, for any Distribution Date: (A) during the Revolving Period, zero; and (B) during the Amortization Period, an amount equal to the lesser of: (i) Available Funds remaining after payment of the amounts set forth in clauses (i) through (iv) of Section 5.08(a) hereto and (ii) the Class A Note Balance; provided, however, on the Class A Stated Final Maturity Date, the Class A Principal Distributable Amount will equal the Class A Note Balance.

  • Class A Principal Parity Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (I) the excess, if any, of (x) the aggregate remaining principal balance of the Class A Notes immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the Pool Balance as of the end of the immediately preceding Collection Period and (II) the amount of Total Available Funds remaining on deposit in the Collection Account after the funding of the items described in clauses (i) through (iii) of Section 5.7(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Group 1 Senior Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Group 1 Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group 1, (b) the Group 1 Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group 1 and (c) the Group 1 Senior Liquidation Amount.
