Principal project definition

Principal project means a project containing a building or group of buildings with dwelling units and as to which the requirement to provide affordable dwelling units is imposed pursuant to this chapter.
Principal project means a housing development on which a requirement to provide affordable housing units is imposed.
Principal project means the project for iron ore mining, concentrating and benficiation to hot briquetted iron in respect of the Eagle Island property described in Exhibit B or such other project as may be determined unanimously by the Participants and described in the Feasibility Study.

  • To the Borrower’s knowledge, there are no actions of the type described in the preceding two sentences pending or threatened against or affecting any Principal Project Party related to the Project, except for matters arising after the Effective Date that could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.
