Principal Settlement Date definition

Principal Settlement Date means, as applicable: (a) at any time while Interim Reports are not required to be delivered, the second Business Day after any Monthly Report revealing an Overadvance is delivered, or (b) at any time while Interim Reports are required to be delivered, the second Business Day after any Interim Report revealing an Overadvance is delivered.
Principal Settlement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(e).

  • All filings with the Commission required by Rule 424 under the Securities Act to have been filed prior to the issuance of any Placement Notice hereunder or prior to any Principal Settlement Date shall have been made within the applicable time period prescribed for such filing by Rule 424.

  • Final Settlement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Physical Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date for which Physical Settlement is applicable, an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) the Forward Price in effect on the relevant Settlement Date multiplied by (b) the Settlement Shares for such Settlement Date.
