Building materials means such commodities or articles as are specified by the Administrator by notification to be building materials for the purposes of this Act;
Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.
Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;
Structural alteration means an Alteration that (i) will result in a change in the footprint of the Improvements, (ii) involves the addition of one or more floors to the Improvements, (iii) affects the structural elements or any exterior walls of the Improvements, (iv) decreases the rentable square footage of the Leased Premises other than to a de minimis extent or (v) adversely affects the proper functioning and/or capacity of the building systems in the Improvements.
Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

Building Plans means the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Estate or any parts thereof approved by the Building Authority under Ref. No. BD/2/3008/15/(1) and include any approved amendments thereto from time to time.
Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.
Facade means the entire building wall including a parapet;
Building Envelope means the integrated elements of a building which separate its interior from the outdoor environment;
Off-premises sign means a sign directing attention to a use, product, commodity or service not related to the premises upon which the sign is located.
Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.
