Prior Indenture definition

Prior Indenture has the meaning set forth in the second Whereas clause hereof.
Prior Indenture means the Indenture of Trust dated as of March 1, 2001 between the Issuer and the Prior Trustee pursuant to which the Prior Bonds were issued.
Prior Indenture means the Indenture of Trust between the Issuer and the Prior Trustee, dated as of October 1, 1989, pursuant to which the Prior Bonds were issued.

Prior Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of March 15, 2000, between the Company and U.S. Trust Company of New York, as Trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
