Prior Ordinance definition

Prior Ordinance means Ordinance No. 614 adopted by the City Council on June 3, 2002, as supplemented by the 2020 Supplemental Ordinance, the 2022 Supplemental Ordinance, and the 2023 Supplemental Ordinance.
