Series 2010B Bond definition

Series 2010B Bond or "Series 2010B Bonds" means one or more of the Kentucky Rural Water Finance Corporation Public Projects Refunding and Improvement Revenue Bonds (Flexible Term Program), Series 2010B authorized by, and at any time Outstanding pursuant to, the Indenture, as supplemented.
Series 2010B Bond means the Issuer’s Sewage Disposal System Revenue Refunding Bond, Series 2010B (Taxable), in the principal amount of $117,000, authorized to be issued pursuant to Sections 4 and 5B of this Ordinance.
Series 2010B Bond means the First Amended and Restated Sewer System Revenue Bond (DNRC Water Pollution Control State Revolving Loan Program), Series 2010B, issued by the Borrower, in the original principal amount of $816,000 pursuant to the Resolution as then in effect.

  • There is hereby created and ordered to be established with the Trustee a special account of the Issuer to be designated “Louisiana Public Facilities Authority Revenue Bonds (Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C. Project) Series 2010B Bond Fund”.

  • The Rebate Fund is for the sole purpose of paying rebate to the United States of America, if any, on amounts of Series 2010B Bond proceeds held by the County.

  • The Invested Sinking Fund is attached to the Series 2010B Bond issuance and is structured to fully pay the annual debt service on the Series 2010B bonds through January 2028.
