Series 2010B Bond definition

Series 2010B Bond or "Series 2010B Bonds" means one or more of the Kentucky Rural Water Finance Corporation Public Projects Refunding and Improvement Revenue Bonds (Flexible Term Program), Series 2010B authorized by, and at any time Outstanding pursuant to, the Indenture, as supplemented.
Series 2010B Bond means the First Amended and Restated Sewer System Revenue Bond (DNRC Water Pollution Control State Revolving Loan Program), Series 2010B, issued by the Borrower, in the original principal amount of $816,000 pursuant to the Resolution as then in effect.
Series 2010B Bond means the Issuer's Sewage Disposal System Revenue Bond, Series 2010B (Limited Tax General Obligation), dated April 6, 2010.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Class A Monthly Principal shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.03(a).

  • Class A-1 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-1 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
