Prior Plan Option definition

Prior Plan Option means, any option granted pursuant to the Company's 1998 Non-Employee Directors' Stock Option Plan which is outstanding on or after the date on which the Board adopts the Plan or which is granted thereafter and prior to the Effective Date.
Prior Plan Option means an option to purchase Shares granted to a participant under a Prior Plan that is outstanding, in whole or part, on January 1, 2006.
Prior Plan Option means an option granted under the Prior Stock Option Plan.

  • If an outstanding Option, including a Prior Plan Option, for any reason expires or is terminated or canceled or if shares of Stock are acquired upon the exercise of an Option subject to a Company repurchase option and are repurchased by the Company at the Participant's exercise or purchase price, the shares of Stock allocable to the unexercised portion of such Option or Prior Plan Option or such repurchased shares of Stock shall again be available for issuance under the Plan.

  • This Option Agreement supersedes and replaces the agreement under which the Prior Plan Option was granted.

  • The Prior Plan Option is hereby assumed by, and will continue in effect under, the 2016 Plan in accordance with the terms of this Option Agreement.
