Local Subdivision means any county, municipal corporation, township, sanitary district or regional water and sewer district of the State.
Final Subdivision Map means a final tract map, parcel map, lot line adjustment, or functionally equivalent map or instrument that creates building sites, recorded in the County Office of the Recorder.
Minor subdivision means a subdivision that creates five or fewer lots from a tract of record.
Subdivision Plat means the graphical representation of the subdivision of land, prepared by a licensed professional land surveyor, having a number or letter designation for each lot within the plat and a succinct name or title that is unique for the county where the land is located.
Local political subdivision means a county, municipal corporation, township, conservancy district, soil and water conservation district, joint recreation district, park district, or other similar park authority.
Subdivision means the division of a piece of land into two or more portions;
Local Subdivision Contribution means the Local Subdivision financial share used for the sole and express purpose for paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the Director under this Agreement for completion of the project.
Political Subdivisions means cities, counties, and educational institutions.
Energy Settlement Area means the bus or distribution of busses that represents the physical location of Network Load and by which the obligations of the Network Customer to PJM are settled.
Governmental subdivision means any city, county, or combination thereof.
Non-Settling Defendants means any Defendant that is not a Releasee and includes any Defendant that terminates its own settlement agreement in accordance with its terms or whose settlement otherwise fails to take effect for any reason, whether or not such settlement agreement is in existence at the Execution Date.
Political subdivision means a city, village, town or county.
Non-Settling Defendant means any Defendant that is not a Settling Defendant or a Settled Defendant.
First Settlement Date means the date set forth in footnote 3 under "Summary of Essential Financial Information" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.
Post-Closing Straddle Period means the portion of a Straddle Period beginning the day after the Closing Date.
Early Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 5.9(a).
Pre-Closing Straddle Period means the portion of the Straddle Period ending on the Closing Date.
PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Section 3.3 of the Operating Agreement.
CCASS Settlement Day means the term “Settlement Day” as defined in the General Rules of CCASS.
Early Settlement Date has the meaning specified in Section 5.9(a).
Individual Settlement Payment means the amount payable from the Net
Dialing Parity means as defined in the Act. As used in this Agreement, Dialing Parity refers to both Local Dialing Parity and Toll Dialing Parity.
Remaining Net Positive Adjustments means as of the end of any taxable period, (i) with respect to the Unitholders holding Common Units or Subordinated Units, the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the Unitholders holding Common Units or Subordinated Units as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of those Partners’ Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items for each prior taxable period, (ii) with respect to the General Partner (as holder of the General Partner Units), the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the General Partner as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of the General Partner’s Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items with respect to the General Partner Units for each prior taxable period, and (iii) with respect to the holders of Incentive Distribution Rights, the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the holders of Incentive Distribution Rights as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of the Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items of the holders of the Incentive Distribution Rights for each prior taxable period.
Settlement Classes means the Ontario Settlement Class and the Quebec Settlement Class.
