Priority 2 Individuals who are: Age 60 and over in need of the following medically related trips: • Need for life sustaining medical care such as dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation treatment • Multi-system failure or conditions requiring immediate medical supervision/care, e.g. diabetes, heart disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) • Surgery or non-elective (immediate need) procedure
Priority 1 means a critical full outage/severe issue that constitutes a catastrophic problem that causes complete inability to use the Subscription Service, excluding Free Services, across a significant portion of the production environment (e.g. crash or hang), resulting in production downtime and where there is no workaround or solution to the problem.
Priority Claim means a Claim that is entitled to priority in payment pursuant to section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code that is not an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim.
Priority Non-Tax Claim means any Claim other than an Administrative Expense Claim or a Priority Tax Claim, entitled to priority in payment as specified in section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Other Priority Claim means any Claim other than an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim entitled to priority in right of payment under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Priority Claims means, collectively, Priority Tax Claims and Other Priority Claims.
Priority Non-Tax Claims means any Claim, other than an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim, entitled to priority in right of payment under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Other Priority Claims means any Claim, other than an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim, entitled to priority in right of payment under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Deficiency Claim Date means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the fourth Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Priority habitat means a habitat type with unique or significant value to one or more species. An area classified and mapped as priority habitat must have one or more of the following attributes:
Deficiency Claim means any portion of a Claim (a) to the extent the value of the holder’s interest in Assets securing such Claim is less than the amount of such Claim or (b) to the extent the amount of a Claim is subject to setoff is less than the amount of the Claim, each as determined by § 506(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Minor defect means a defect which is not a Major Defect.
Subordination Deficiency With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Specified Subordinated Amount applicable to such Distribution Date over (b) the Subordinated Amount applicable to such Distribution Date.
Title Defect as used herein shall mean any encumbrance, encroachment, irregularity, defect in or objection to Seller’s title to the Leases and Xxxxx (excluding Permitted Encumbrances) which would result in Seller not having Defensible Title.
Construction defect means a deficiency in or a deficiency arising out of the design, specifications, surveying, planning, supervision, or observation of construction or construction of residential improvements that results from any of the following:
Latent Defect means a defect, inherently lying within the material or arising out of design deficiency, which do not manifest themselves and/or was not reasonably discoverable during Defect Liability period.
Overcollateralization Deficiency For any Distribution Date will be equal to the amount, if any, by which (x) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date, calculated for this purpose after giving effect to the reduction on such Distribution Date of the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Certificates resulting from the payment of the Principal Payment Amount on such Distribution Date, but prior to allocation of any Applied Loss Amount on such Distribution Date.
Deficiency Claim Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(a).
Modification Default Loss means the loss calculated in Exhibits 2a(1)-(3) for single family loans previously modified pursuant to this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement that subsequently default and result in a foreclosure, short sale or Deficient Loss.
Priority Tax Claim means any Claim of a Governmental Unit of the kind specified in section 507(a)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code.
priority date means the date of the earlier application that serves as the basis for the right of priority provided for in the Paris Convention;
Defective Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan which is required to be repurchased pursuant to Section 2.02 or 2.03.
Junior Priority Obligations means the Initial Junior Priority Obligations and any Additional Obligations constituting Junior Priority Debt.
Priority area means the portions of the qualified incentive area
Document Defect As defined in Section 2.03(a).
Latent Defects means such defects caused by faulty designs, material or work man ship which cannot be detected during inspection, testing etc, based on the technology available for carrying out such tests.
