Priority Pollutants definition

Priority Pollutants means those chemicals or elements identified by EPA, pursuant to section 307 of the Clean Water Act and 40 CFR 401.15.
Priority Pollutants means all pollutants as defined by the “General Pretreatment Regulations” of the Environmental Protection Agency, found at 40 CFR 401 and 403.
Priority Pollutants means the toxic pollutants listed in 40 CFR part 423, ap- pendix A.

More Definitions of Priority Pollutants

Priority Pollutants means those substances or combination of substances that are listed by EPA under Section 307(a) of the Clean Water Act.
