Examples of Prism Member in a sentence

  • The Township agrees that in the event of a default by a another redeveloper on another phase of, or part of, the Project, such default shall not constitute an Event of Default under this Agreement even if the Prism Member, the Greenfield Member or DREF Member is a member of such other redeveloper.
