Privacy Documentation definition

Privacy Documentation means the Privacy Documentation applicable to the specific. Services purchased by Customer, as updated from time to time, and accessible via xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxx, or as otherwise made reasonably available by Safer Social LTD.
Privacy Documentation means the Privacy Notice provided to the User and informing him/her about the use of any personal data that will be supplied by the him/her when using the Application and his/her respective rights connected with this supply.
Privacy Documentation means any documentation (as may be amended and updated from time to time) communicated to the Client (and underlying data subjects) including any privacy notices;

Examples of Privacy Documentation in a sentence

  • At Customer's written request at the termination or expiration of the subscription to the Services, AudioCodes shall return Customer Data to Customer and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, delete Customer Data in accordance with the procedures and timeframes specified in the Security and Privacy Documentation unless the Customer Data are essential for AudioCodes to provide proof of the due performance of its contractual obligations.

  • AudioCodes shall implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures, as detailed in the Security and Privacy Documentation, to protect the Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration and against unauthorised disclosure, abuse or other Processing in violation of the provisions laid down in the Data Protection Laws and Regulations.

  • AudioCodes shall maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures for protection of the security (including protection against unauthorized or unlawful Processing and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration or damage, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Customer Data), confidentiality and integrity of Customer Data, as set forth in the Security and Privacy Documentation.

  • AudioCodes maintains security incident management policies and procedures specified in the Security and Privacy Documentation and shall notify Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed by AudioCodes or its Sub-processors of which AudioCodes becomes aware (a “Customer Data Incident”).

  • Customer may find a current list of Sub-processors for the Services in the Security and Privacy Documentation (“Sub- processor List”).

  • Thunderhead shall return Customer Data to Customer and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, delete Customer Data in accordance with the procedures and timeframes specified in the Security and Privacy Documentation.

  • Duration of Processing Subject to the Security and Privacy Documentation, Thunderhead will Process Personal Data for the duration of the Agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Data Processor shall maintain industry-standard technical and organizational measures for protection of the security (including protection against unauthorized or unlawful Processing and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration or damage, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data), confidentiality and integrity of Personal Data, as set forth in the Privacy Documentation which are hereby approved by Customer.

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.

  • Privacy Statement means any and all of the Company's privacy policies published on its web site or otherwise provided to users of the Company's products and services or the Company's data subjects regarding the collection, use and distribution of personal information from visitors to its web site, consumers of its products and services and/or the Company's data subjects, as applicable;

  • Flood Documentation means, with respect to each Mortgaged Property located in the United States of America or any territory thereof, (i) a completed “life-of-loan” Federal Emergency Management Agency standard flood hazard determination (to the extent a Mortgaged Property is located in a Special Flood Hazard Area, together with a notice about Special Flood Hazard Area status and flood disaster assistance duly executed by the Borrower and the applicable Loan Party relating thereto) and (ii) a copy of, or a certificate as to coverage under, and a declaration page relating to, the insurance policies required by Section 5.02(c) hereof and the applicable provisions of the Security Documents, each of which shall (A) be endorsed or otherwise amended to include a “standard” or “New York” lender’s loss payable or mortgagee endorsement (as applicable), (B) name the Collateral Agent, on behalf of the Secured Parties, as additional insured and loss payee/mortgagee, (C) identify the address of each property located in a Special Flood Hazard Area, the applicable flood zone designation and the flood insurance coverage and deductible relating thereto and (D) be otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
