Private Database definition

Private Database means a database including Private Color Data (but not X-Rite Color Data) which is hosted by X-Rite, is accessible through the PantoneLIVE API and to which access is authorized by X-Rite and the Private Color Data Owner.
Private Database has the meaning set out in Schedule 1 (Services);
Private Database means a database that is only accessible by You and/or Your device, or any of those devices which share the same credentials (i.e. Apple ID) as You. (e.g. iCloud)

  • State Data means all confidential information, non-public data, personal data, and protected health information that is created or in any way originating with the State whether such data or output is stored on the Department’s hardware, Contractor’s hardware, or exists in any system owned, maintained or otherwise controlled by the Department or by the Contractor. State Data includes any federal data that the Department controls or maintains, that is protected under federal laws, statutes, and regulations. The Department reserves the right to identify, during and after the Contract, additional reasonable types of categories of information that must be kept confidential under federal and state laws.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.2.2. "Directory Assistance Lists" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Databases means databases and other compilations and collections of data or information.

  • Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).

  • Firefighter means any regular, paid or volunteer, member of a lawfully constituted fire department of a municipal corporation, township, fire district, or village.

  • Private Cloud System (PCS) A cloud infrastructure provisioned for exclusive use by a single organization comprising multiple consumers (e.g., business units). It may be owned, managed, and operated by the Requester, a third party, or some combination of them, and it may exist on or off premises.
