Private frontage definition

Private frontage means the area of the pedestrian throughway area that is privately owned. The private frontage contributes to the character of the transect, and includes the front of building, landscaping, and often a segment of the sidewalk;
Private frontage means the first lot layer and the facade of a building.
Private frontage means the privately held layer between the frontage line and the principal building facade. The structures and landscaping within the Private Frontage may be held to specific standards.
