Private Label Operations Manual definition

Private Label Operations Manual means Sprint’s standard operations manual concerning the sale of PCS Service to private label Customers. The manual may be amended by Sprint, in its sole discretion, from time to time.
Private Label Operations Manual means the operations manual relating to the sale of the PCS Service delivered by Sprint to each SIG Party contemporaneously with the execution and delivery hereof, as such manual may be amended, modified and supplemented from time to time in accordance with Section 9.1.
Private Label Operations Manual means the customized operations manual concerning the sale of PCS Service on a private label basis to Qwest as more fully described in Section 6.8.

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • PJM Manuals means the instructions, rules, procedures and guidelines established by the Office of the Interconnection for the operation, planning, and accounting requirements of the PJM Region and the PJM Interchange Energy Market. PJM Region:

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.
