Private Label Partner definition

Private Label Partner means a third party to whom Licensee supplies a Private Label Product and who resells the Private Label Product under, or co-branded with, its own label.
Private Label Partner or “Buyer” shall mean a party that purchases Product from Symbol for re-branding by Symbol or by Buyer and sale to an end user customer.
Private Label Partner means a Person that enters into an agreement with MIVA or a MIVA Affiliated Entity under which MIVA or a MIVA Affiliated Entity operates a Licensed Service for or in the name (or based on the branding) of such Person.
