Private Label Product definition

Private Label Product means a product substantially the same as a standard Licensee Product that is resold under the label, or co-branded with the label, of a third party.
Private Label Product means a life insurance or annuity product customized for Distributor in the Territory that (i) is branded under the name of Distributor in the Territory or (ii) is a variable life insurance or variable annuity contract that offers as an option more than two investment choices or mutual funds that are advised or managed by Citigroup or one of its Affiliates (or any successor to Citigroup or a Citigroup Affiliate of substantially all of the business or assets of Citigroup or such Citigroup Affiliate that relate primarily to the asset management business), including Distributor (in the capacity of either an advisor or sub-advisor). For the avoidance of doubt and without limitation, a Private Label Product (whether existing on the date of this Agreement or thereafter) shall be deemed a Product for all purposes under this Agreement.
Private Label Product means a brand owned by a single Account and not by Supplier.

Examples of Private Label Product in a sentence

  • Parent shall cause the PLP Distributor to entertain in good faith, and on terms no less favorable than those extended to any other proposed provider, proposals from the Purchaser Insurers to provide such new Private Label Product.

  • Each Private Label Partner will prominently display Licensee’s trade name or associated logo design, in a manner which is reasonably sufficient to notify the public that Licensee is the supplier of the Private Label Product, both (1) on the exterior casing of the Private Label Product and (2) in the end user documentation for the Private Label Product.

Private Label Product means a life insurance or annuity product customized for a PLP Distributor in a Covered Country or Supplemental Country that (i) is branded under the name of the PLP Distributor in such Covered Country or Supplemental Country or (ii) is a variable life insurance or variable annuity contract that offers as an option more than two investment choices or mutual funds that are advised or managed by Parent or a Parent Affiliate (or any successor to the Parent or a Parent Affiliate of substantially all of the business or assets of the Parent or such Parent Affiliate which relate primarily to the asset management business), including an PLP Distributor (in all cases in the capacity of either an advisor or sub-advisor). For the avoidance of doubt and without limitation, a Private Label Product (whether existing on the date of this Agreement or thereafter) shall be deemed a Product for all purposes under this Agreement.
Private Label Product means a Product which (1) is manufactured by one firm, company or organization and sold by another; (2) carries a different brand name, trade name or model number from that of the manufacturer; and (3) may have essential characteristics which are the same as a product which has been validated by Manufacturer under its own name. All private label products, even those bearing the manufacturer’s identification number shall require Validation Certification under their private label name. Any other private label Product may obtain product validation by following the procedures as those used by manufacturers which include application in writing, appropriate testing data from a Laboratory and payment of fees as provided in Paragraph 4 of this document.
Private Label Product means a life insurance or annuity product customized for a Domestic Parent Distributor that (i) is branded under the name of a Domestic Parent Distributor or (ii) is a variable life insurance or variable annuity contract that offers as an option more than two investment choices or mutual funds that are advised or managed by Parent or a Parent Affiliate, including a Domestic Parent Distributor (in the capacity of either an advisor or sub-advisor). For the avoidance of doubt, a Private Label Product (whether existing on the date of this Agreement or thereafter) shall be deemed a Product for all purposes under this Agreement.
Private Label Product means a life insurance or annuity product customized for an International Parent Distributor in a Covered Country or Supplemental Country that (i) is branded under the name of the International Parent Distributor in such Covered Country or Supplemental Country or (ii) is a variable life insurance or variable annuity contract that offers as an option more than two investment choices or mutual funds that are advised or managed by Parent or a Parent Affiliate, including an International Parent Distributor (in the capacity of either an advisor or sub-advisor). For the avoidance of doubt, a Private Label Product (whether existing on the date of this Agreement or thereafter) shall be deemed a Product for all purposes under this Agreement.
Private Label Product means a pre-cured sealant product that (1) is manufactured by one firm, company or organization and sold by another; (2) carries a different brand name, trade name or model number from that of the Manufacturer; and (3) may have essential characteristics that are the same as a Product that has been validated by Manufacturer under its own name.
