Private Lands definition

Private Lands means lands within the State of Oregon owned by a person. “Private lands” does not include federal lands or nonfederal public lands, or any lands the title to which is:
Private Lands means land that is not Crown land;
Private Lands means lands not owned by federal, state, county, or local governments.

More Definitions of Private Lands

Private Lands means property not owned and/or leased by a governmental entity.
