Procedure for Dispute Resolution definition

Procedure for Dispute Resolution shall have the meaning set out under Clause 23 herein. “Dormant and/or Inactive Account” shall mean any Company Client trading account where the Client/account holder/owner of that trading account has not initiated any trading activity and/or inactivity for a period of six (6) consecutive months and/or where the Company has not carried out any transactions in relation to the trading account by and/or on the instructions of the Client/account holder/owner and/or his/her authorized representative for a period of six (6) consecutive months.
Procedure for Dispute Resolution shall have the meaning set out under Clause 23 herein.

Related to Procedure for Dispute Resolution

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolving disputes as set out in Clause 17 (Dispute Resolution);

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.

  • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;

  • Arbitration means any arbitration whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution;

  • Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.

  • Procedure means one or more surgical procedures or medical therapy performed in a Center of Excellence.

  • Expedited Dispute Timetable means the accelerated timetable for the resolution of disputes as set out in paragraph 2.6;

  • Aversive procedure means a systematic physical or sensory intervention program for modifying the behavior of a student with a disability which causes or reasonably may be expected to cause one or more of the following:

  • Arbitration Rules means the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures.

  • Mediation Rules As defined in Section 2.03(h)(i).

  • Rules of Procedure means the rules of procedure adopted by the Fund Council for the management of its own business, as originally adopted on July 16, 2010 and amended from time to time.

  • Voluntary arbitration means the procedure whereby parties involved in a labor dispute

  • Compulsory arbitration means the procedure whereby parties involved in a labor dispute

  • Technical Dispute has the meaning specified in Section 12.2;

  • Arbitrable Dispute means any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

  • Surgical procedure means a procedure that is performed

  • Labor dispute as used here, means a strike, lockout, or other labor dispute between the Employer and its Employees, during which time the Employee is not paid by the Employer.

  • UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules means the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
