Company Client definition

Company Client means any Person whose assets, or the assets of whose clients, are being managed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to an investment advisory or similar agreement.

Company Client means a customer of Company's that utilizes the Private Label Site.

Company Client means any entity to which the Company provides services during the Term of this Agreement.

• Investment Personnel may not purchase or sell a Covered Security if any purchase or sale of such securities has been made for an Investment Adviser Client account in the prior seven calendar days or can reasonably be anticipated for a Company Client account in the next seven calendar days.

• A trustee of an open-end or closed-end fund which is an Investment Company Client who is not an “interested person” of the open-end or closed-end fund within the meaning of Section 2(a)(19) of the 1940 Act.

• Client understands that by accepting an estimate provided by Company, Client agrees to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Contract.

• Independent Trustees of an Investment Company Client who are subject to a separate code of ethics adopted by that Investment Company Client (that is not the same as the form of this Code), which code complies with the requirements of Section 17 and Rule 17j-1 of the 1940 Act, shall not be subject to compliance with the terms of this Code with respect to that Investment Company Client.

• Prior to initiating a deposit of Digital Asset to Trust Company, Client must confirm that Trust Company offers Custodial Services for that specific Digital Asset.

More Definitions of Company Client

Company Client means any person, corporation, partnership, entity or legal organization to whom the Company sold its services or products or solicited to sell its products or services during the twelve (12) months prior to the termination of Employee's employment.

Company Client has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16(c).

Company Client means any person, business or entity (collectively “Person”) to or through whom any Company Product or Service is sold or brought to market prior to or during Employee’s employment under this Agreement.

Company Client means any person, company, or business that is or was a client, customer, and/or partner or a prospective client, customer, and/or partner of the Company within the six (6) month period prior to the Employee's termination.

Company Client means any Person that is or has been an investment advisory, investment management, brokerage services, portfolio management, distribution or placement client (including sub-advisory client) of a Company Advisor or GDI in respect of which the Company or any of its Affiliates provide investment management, brokerage, portfolio management, distribution or placement services (including each of the Company Funds, sub-advisory relationships, Managed Accounts and any account in respect of individuals that are clients of the GDI Business); provided that in the case of a Company Fund, the definition of Company Client shall be deemed to refer to the Company Fund, but not to any Company Fund Investors.

Company Client means any individual for whom any Company serves as the validly appointed broker or agent for the placement of insurance.
