Processed fish definition

Processed fish means any marine organism that has been physically altered since capture, including fish that has been filleted, gutted, packaged, canned, frozen, smoked, salted, cooked, pickled, dried or prepared for market in any other manner;
Processed fish means fish that is processed or pre- served for human consumption by means of smoking, curing, salt- ing, drying, marinating, pickling, fermenting, or related pro- cesses. “Processed fish” does not include fish processed in accordance with s. ATCP 70.13 or 70.14.
