Processing Purposes definition

Processing Purposes has the meaning as described in in the Data Processing Schedule 1, which forms part of this DPA;
Processing Purposes means the purposes defined as such in the Data Sharing Information;
Processing Purposes means the purposes of developing and providing technology services for the operation and maintenance in the energy industry.

  • You will ensure that there is no prohibition or restriction in relation to CCH's use thereof that would prevent or restrict CCH from Processing the CCH Personal Data for the Processing Purposes.

Related to Processing Purposes

  • Production Purposes means using the Software (a) in a production environment, (b) generally using live data and/or applications for a purpose other than Development Purposes, (c) for multi-user prototyping, quality assurance and testing and/or (d) for backup instances.

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • School operating purposes means the purposes included in the operation costs of the district as prescribed in sections 7 and 18 and purposes authorized under section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law.
