Processor Licensing Agreement definition

Processor Licensing Agreement means a document executed by a person and the department authorizing the person to process, handle, and store industrial hemp at one or more specified locations in Arkansas under the terms set forth in the document, Arkansas Industrial Hemp Act 2-15-401- 2-15-412, and these rules.
