  • The capitalized terms in these Processor Terms and Conditions are defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679, GDPR).

Related to Processor Terms and Conditions

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).
